Xerox - Ticket vending machine housings

The requirements for anti-burglary security and protection against vandalism are very high with ticket vending machine housings. Housings and doors must be welded to close tolerances and minimal distortion.

 

SCHWARZ AG FEINBLECHTECHNIK welds the housings in a robotic welding cell equipped with eleven controlled axes and 500 kg load capacity per manipulator station.

 

The completely assembled and painted ticket vending machine housings are tested, packed and delivered directly to the final assembly.
