Various edging machines are also part of SCHWARZ AG FEINBLECHTECHNIK’s machinery and can process a wide variety of parts in almost all sizes. The diversity of our machines allows us to find the appropriate solution for every angle and folding.

 

The most common methods used are air bending and coining. But we also offer 3 point bending if necessary for high angular accuracy.

 

Thanks to computer aided offline programming based on 3D models or STEP files, setup times and processing times are optimised, and reproducibility is guaranteed 100% of the time.

 

For mid-sized and larger series, there is also the option of producing the parts accurately and cost-efficiently in our edging robot cell. Once the robot and parts handling are set up, the cell can be allowed to run unmanned. This increases productivity and competitiveness.
