In December 2015 our TRUMPF 3kW-CO2-Laser cutting machine was replaced by a top-modern 5kW TRUMPF L5030 (L68 Fiber). The new laser cutting machine is automatised to the maximum: finished-part-separation and direct connection to the high rack storage area. We are proud of being the first company in Switzerland to implement the TRUMPF Sortmaster (AL28) for automatically separation of finished parts from the sheet skeletons. The new laser cutting machine is extremely fast for cutting sheet up to 15mm. In addition to steel, stainless steel and aluminium it is now possible to laser-cut copper and brass as well.
Thanks to the connection to the fully automated sheet metal storage system, which is equipped with 350 large format spaces, a high level of availability of materials and “day and night” operation can be ensured. This makes possible short delivery times and a flexibility that benefits our customers.
Automatic loading and unloading functions, IT-supported processes throughout such as automatically optimised processing preparation, material-saving parts nesting and data archiving with drawings index management are additional ingredients that allow a flexible, cost-optimised and always efficient 3-shift production.
On request, we can also label the parts with series and article number, logos, etc.
Completely cut semi-finished goods are stored in the automated high-bay warehouse and can later be removed specifically for further processing.
