SCHWARZ AG FEINBLECHTECHNIK in 2008 vastly expanded its production hall and has been continuously investing in new equipment, always with the goal of providing the most appropriate service with the best results.
State-of-the-art machinery is spread out on an area of 6,000 m2. Taking into account the optimum flow of material, automation, and a comprehensive process reliability, the machinery leaves little to be desired. This allows a rational manufacture of prototypes, individual parts and small series production as well as large series production.
The heart of our production are the fully automated CNC punching machines and the fully automatic laser cutting centre, which ensure optimum run times, productivity and efficiency with the integration of the automated sheet metal storage system. The bending department associated with it is also impressive. Parts in sizes up to 3 m and with extremely high complexity are produced using over 10 different CNC programmable edging machines and a bending robot. Also worth mentioning are over a dozen well equipped welding stations and the welding robot that is in use around the clock.
Various press fitting machines, spot welding, nut and bolt instruments, a sheet metal straightening machine, and a variety of deburring machines round out our inventory.
