SCHWARZ AG FEINBLECHTECHNIK also performs various kinds of press fitting. Press fitting is a production process for joining workpieces with a geometrically defined fixed shape. Press-fit technology is used in all areas of the manual, semi-automated, and fully automated pre-assembly and final assembly. It makes possible producing permanent connections with monitored quality without using any ancillary joining elements or additives. Applications of press-fit technology are found in nearly all processing industries for assembling mechanical, electromechanical and electronic products.

 

Using this process, we can press-fit nuts, bushings and bolts. Options such as a counter, non-conductive operating mode and automatic addition of parts support optimisation of occupational safety, product quality and efficiency.

 

We also use bolt soldering as an additional alternative.
