Welding robots

SCHWARZ AG FEINBLECHTECHNIK’s automated welding cell, consisting of a robot and a controlled tilt-turn positioner, allows the execution of TIG, MIG or MAG welding.

 

The tilt-turn positioner services two work cells, which permits safe loading in one while simultaneously welding in the other. Due to the manoeuvrability of the system and its simple programming (teach procedure), even the most sophisticated parts can be produced cleanly and economically. An automatic torch change system allows a simple conversion between the individual welding procedures.

 

Professional optimally trained employees, universal devices and practical construction of jigs and fixtures ensure that the welded part is always welded in the ideal position.

 

The maximum allowable dimension of the weld pieces is Ø1.5m x 2.0m and a weight up to 500 kg.
