We weld and bond materials such as steel, stainless stell and aluminium. For our railway business we do this following the norms DIN EN 15085 and DIN6701. In addition our automated welding cell, consisting of a robot and a controlled tilt-turn positioner, allows the execution of TIG, MIG or MAG welding. With the assistance of our engineering department we are able to solve almost any task.

ISO 3834-2 certified – we do weld using the procedures TIG, MIG or MAG in a modern equipped shop floor. For our experience for the welding of thin aluminium or stainless steel metals (starting with 0.5mm) we are well known. Spot welding (resistance welding) is used as an alternative everywhere where inert gas welding cannot usefully be applied. Two workpieces are aligned with each other, fixed with electrodes and welded together using alternating current.
