Our high bay warehouse with its capacity of over 300 palettes allowing a fully automated production up to three shifts seven days a week. In combination with our stamping and laser-cutting machine it builds the heart of our production.

Our CNC-Stamping machine processes sheets of all common metals to a thickness of 5mm and with maximal format of 1.5 m x 3 m with impressive productivity. Fully automated loading is here the key to achieve optimized material flow, maximized efficiency and highest process stability.

Connected to the fully automated warehouse our laser-cutting machine works most efficient. We cut steel, stainless steel, aluminium to a thickness of 25 mm and other non-ferrous metals up to 10mm. Automated loading assures a maximum of efficiency and highest process safety.

With our surface grinding machine, a grinding table and various hand sanders we are well equipped to deburr any product. In our house we do also straightening of sheet metals and if requested we can clean your parts from oil, dust and many other contaminations.

Various machines, various possibilities

The variety of the machines here is big. Therefore we have for every angle and folding the matching solution. The most common methods used are air bending and coining. But we also offer 3 point bending if necessary for high angular accuracy. Thanks to computer aided offline programming based on 3D models, setup times and processing times are optimized, and reproducibility is guaranteed 100% of the time.

Using this process, we can press-fit nuts, bushings and bolts. Options such as a counter, non-conductive operating mode and automatic addition of parts support optimisation of occupational safety, product quality and efficiency. Alternatively we offer stud welding.
